We often get asked about the ability of our products to withstand the Santa Ana winds.  Sometimes, clients believe that the "heaviness" of a wood patio cover is a good thing vs. the Envirowood Aluminum covers.   It's a common belief. 

The reality is that the weather and "acts of God or natural disasters" do occur...but an aluminum cover installed by Envirowood is incredibly strong and resilient.

Running Electric Power Into Your Cover

We often get the question, "Can I run electricity into my patio cover safely?"  The answer is ABSOLUTELY!  In the "old days" of wood patio covers, you'd be stuck using conduit and making a less attractive solution with exposed junction boxes, etc.  With an Envirowood Patio Cover, electric wiring is contained within the hollow space of the aluminum panels..thus a very clean result.  We've done covers with lights, ceiling fans, dimmers (and even one disco ball..don't ask). 

Any way you slice it, the modern beauty, convenience, and durability of Envirowood Patio Covers  really brings recoverable value to the home owner...not to mention  the comfort of "extending the living space into the outdoors".

When Paradise Gets Wet

Are you worried about eliminating too much of the glorious CA sunshine if you put up a solid Envirowood Lifetime Guaranteed Patio Cover?  Fret no more!  The Envirowood system allows for light panels to be placed as a panel into your solid cover.  The light panels come in either clear (max sun) or opaque (more muted sunlight).  These light panels last just as long as the rest of the cover and can provide that warming glow you desire while staying dry under a winter shower. I've never liked BBQ'ing in the rain anyway...and a solid cover is just the trick.

Freestanding Beauty in Orange County

Patio heaters? No problem!

This application was a combination of an attached patio cover and a free standing arbor that went along the back of the house.

The advantage of using our patio cover near heaters, BBQ's and fire places is that our covers will not burn.  We are the only material that is Class A fire rated.

We have a number of different post options including roman columns of varying shapes and sizes.
